Kathy's Light

Kathy's Light is the name of our Relay for Life team at St. Patrick's. We raise funds for the American Cancer Society every year in the name of Kathy Verdaasdonk, one of our can-do parishioner's who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2006. In 2007 our team was created and we experienced our first Relay at Iroquois High School in Elma.

On June 19, 2010 we participated in our fourth Relay Event. One of our male parishioners entered the "Miss Relay" contest for the fourth time and raised $482.  This earned third place!
